Lawrence Aguilera Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lawrence Aguilera of Wiley, Colorado, who passed away on August 6, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Lawrence Aguilera to show support.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sesario Aguilera and Ysidora Aguilera (Lucero); his siblings, Frank Aguilera, Daria Aguilera, Marge Aguilera and Nancy Perez; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Riece Aguilera.
He is survived by: his wife Marcelina Aguilera; his children, Sophia Andrade (Mark), Johnny Aguilera (Sarah), Monica Aguilera and Angie Gunnells (Tracy); and his siblings, Sally Jacobs, Inez Rogers, Emma Ortiz, Willie Aguilera (Regina), Ray Aguilera (Elaine), Joe Aguilera (Linda), Mary Babb (Everett) and Carol Aguilera. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren as well as 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Peacock Family Chapel (209 S 4th St, Lamar, CO 81052). A rosary will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (600 E Parmenter St, Lamar, CO 81052). A Mass will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lawrence Aguilera Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home office.
