She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Waddell and George Hoke Sr.; her stepfather Piert Waddell; and her siblings, Elnora Lenhart, George Hoke Jr., Phyllis Kaufman and Maraline Davenport.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford Paul Deibel; her daughters, Danetta Deibel and Krista Yates (Chris Yates); her stepsons, Clifford Deibel Jr. (Cheryl Deibel) and Daniel Deibel; her grandchildren, Jessica, Chase Deibel, Kylee Koch, Kaelyn and Delaney Yates; and her siblings, Estella Moll and Conrad Hoke. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, as she was 1 of 7 siblings.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to NOCO Humane Weld Campus in Carol's name, continuing the legacy of her love of animals.
