She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Fred Roukema and Avis Roukema (Walker). She is survived by: her husband Jed Swank; her children, Amber (Finken), Johnson (Darrin), Calvin Sellens (Megan), Aubrey Augenstein (Sellens) and Bryson Swank (Lauryn); her grandchildren, Caden, Eslie, Bridger, Liam, Cooper, Archer, Steele, Jaxon, Colton, Oliver, Ryder, Bella and Tristen; and her siblings, Nancy Critchfield (Gene), Jim Roukema (Deb) and Bob Roukema (Michelle). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
