With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Rutz (Windsor, Colorado), born in Fresno, California, who passed away on May 30, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Lena; her siblings, Irmgard and Herbert; her father Gerty; her children, Rhonda Tucker (Lyle) and Larry Rutz (Geri); her grandchildren, Preston (Candace), Lindsey (Ben), Courtney (Bryon), Krista (Travis) and Spencer (Bella); and her great grandchildren, Theodore, Agnes, Adelina, Jaxon, Graham and Gerty.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Faith Church of Windsor (1020 Walnut St, Windsor, CO 80550).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made by check to Bright Assisted Living, 610 Hemlock Dr, Windsor, CO 80550, for the enrichment and enjoyment of the residents.
