We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2023, at the age of 91, Helen Marie Hoy of Windsor, Colorado, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Hoy; and her siblings, Tom, Jim, Bill Nolan, Alice Jane Miser and Mary Ann Nissan.

She is survived by : her children, Steve Hoy (Annell), Kathy Witsil (Steven), Sandy Helzer (Jim), Rick Hoy (Anne) and Connie Hoy.
