We bid farewell to John Ellis Rydell (Windsor, Colorado), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 29, 2025 at the age of 82. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As John departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy John leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elif Rydell and Hazel Jane Farndale. He is survived by: his brother Kermit Leon; his wife Ruth; his daughter Christina; and also, Robin (Andy), Melissa (Marcus) and Shelly. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren, 5 step-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Peace Community Church of the Brethren (33660 Weld County Rd 15, Windsor, CO 80550).
