It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Ellen Winder of Windsor, Colorado, who passed away on December 16, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Lucille may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lucille touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Schilling and Marie Katherine Schilling (Kautz). She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Brown of Englewood, CO, Annette (Wayne Appelhans) of Northglenn, CO and Carol (Gordon Durflinger) of Windsor, CO; her grandchildren, William Brown, Ashley Durflinger and Nathan Appelhans; and her great grandchildren, Ada, Ethan, Charlotte and Anastasia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
