He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Bell and Martha Bell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Rebecca Younger (Dustin) and Derek Bell (Heather); his grandchildren, Landon Younger and Layla Younger; and his sister Barbara Anderson (Gregg).
