He was predeceased by: his father Dick Van Uffelen; and his mothers-in-law, Jean Ezinga and Pam Kooienga (Larry). He is survived by: his mother Winnefred Van Uffelen; his wife Tammy Jean Ezinga; his children, Stephanie Uittenbogaard (Mike), Derek Van Uffelen (Jennifer) and Ashley Boonstra (Dolan); his grandchildren, Zoe Uittenbogaard, Tessa Uittenbogaard, Ivy Uittenbogaard, Ayla Van Uffelen, Kamryn Van Uffelen and Mason Van Uffelen; his siblings, Donna Bruinsma (Lew), John Van Uffelen (Linda), JoAnne Pastoor (Doug) and Laura Van Voorthuysen (Ron); his father-in-law Ray Ezinga; and his brother-in-law Steve Ezinga (Jodi). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Loveland Protestant Reformed Church (707 E 57th St, Loveland, CO 80538). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
