It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Barrett of Woodland Park, Colorado, who passed away on March 16, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Claude Barrett and Virginia Hampton Barrett; and his sister Claudette Barrett Ronning. He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Parnell; his brother Terry Barrett; his children, Christi Ables, Chandra Youngblood and Josh Duggan; and his grandchildren, Amy McElroy, Kayden Ables, Blake Arthur, Kylie Arthur and Josh Duggan, Jr.. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
