He is survived by: his son Douglas Packer; his daughter-in-law Stacy Packer; his son Dale Turley; his son-in-law Ryan Whiting; his brothers, Everett, Otto, Paul, Ora and Glenn Packer; his stepchildren, Duane, Dan, DeeDee, Deitra and Doug Swigert; his nephew Rob Sullivan; and his niece Cindy Matticks.
