He is survived by : his children, Steven Patrick and Catherine Hoffman; his daughter-in-law Carin Gallagher; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Nicholas, Mikel, David, Jacob, Patricia, Felicia and Nicholis. He is also survived by his 11 great grandchildren.
