Russell of Andover, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles W. Russell and Katherine D. Russell; his former life partner Lois; his sons, Scott T. Russell and Robert C. Russell Jr.; and his wife Evelyn.

He is survived by : his pet Dixie-Rose; his daughter Donna R. Russell; his grandchildren, Heather Russell, Shannon Russell Hoadley (John Hoadley) and Christopher Robert Russell; and his great grandchildren, Jarod Hoadley, Miniya Russell and Sophia Russell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
