He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille Yezik (LaRue); his parents, Stephen Joseph Yezik and Anna Yezik (Simon); and his siblings, Steven Lott, George Yezik, Mary Rose (Lott), Estelle Lott, Helen Evon (Lott) and Anne O'Connell (Yezik).
He is survived by: his children, Debra McConnell of Ansonia, Karen Belden (Gary) of Derby, Michael Yezik of Ansonia, Audrey Horan (Tom) of Plantsville and Tony Yezik (Brandy) of Ansonia; and his sister Alexandria Scaperotta of Trumbull. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
