She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bruno and Anna Abate Bruno; her husband Robert "Bob" Frank Berlinger; her sister Patricia Ann Norton; her father-in-law Frank Berlinger; and her brother-in-law Nils Thornberg.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Joseph Berlinger (Megan) of Winston-Salem, NC and James Frank Berlinger of Rockledge, FL.; her grandchildren, Julia, Gabriella (Megan) of Winston-Salem, NC, Nico and Luca (James) of Rockledge, FL.; her sister JoAnn Mott (Angelo Catone) of Ansonia, CT; her mother-in-law Jacqueline Berlinger of Ansonia, CT; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Thornberg of Prospect, CT, Diane Hunsaker (Gary) of Davie, FL and David Berlinger of Oceanside, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
