He was predeceased by : his parents, Pellegrino Jacabacci and Ida Buonassisi Jacabacci. He is survived by : his wife Darlene M. Iannucci Jacabacci; his children, Ashley Rose Jacabacci of Ansonia and Anthony Jacabacci, Jr. (Jessica Young) of Ansonia; his grandchildren, Gianna "GiGi" Jacabacci of Ansonia, Sylas Williams of Ansonia, Lorenzo Jacabacci of Ansonia and Madelina Jacabacci of Ansonia; and his siblings, William Jacabacci (Lee) of Milford, Robert Jacabacci (Gail) of Shelton, Michael Jacabacci (Donna Anderson) of Bridgeport, Bridget Oppedisano (Kenneth) of Arizona and Linda Maloney (James) of Florida.
