He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Tyrrell; his brother Phil; his pet Trina; his grandson Ricky; and his father Salemi Drive of Ansonia, CT.
He is survived by: his children, Katherine (Frank Pergola), Arthur (Karen Thayer), Richard (Cheryl Thayer), Jeffrey (Marsha Thayer), Donald, Nancy, Christopher and Robert; his grandchildren, Amie Reilly (Matthew Reilly), Jessica Souza (Jay Mangini), Eric Souza (Elizabeth Souza), Theresa Kennen, Arthur Thayer (Lindsey Thayer), Jennifer Pannoni (Michael Pannoni), Bridgette Stevens (Brian Stevens), Sarah DeSautelle (Justin DeSautelle), Stacy Thayer (Todd Nihill Jr.), Adam Thayer (Brianna Quinn), Jeffrey Thayer, James Michael Thayer and Joseph Thayer; and his siblings, Tom, Larry, Paul, Janet and Lois.
