Gerry of Ansonia; her friend Ziah Moffitt of Ansonia; her grandmothers, Virginia Shimko Cichowicz of Ansonia and Kimberly Gerry-Tucker Phaneuf (Alphonse) of Seymour; her great-grandparent Joseph Gerry of Vermont; her uncles, David Cichowicz (Shannon Kopp) of Naugatuck, Silas Gonzalez and Jeremy Tucker of Seymour; and her cousins, Jaden and Winry Tucker of Seymour. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
