He is survived by: his mother Audrey Grant; his wife Mary Grant; his children, Cordell Grant of New Britain and Destiny Grant of Derby; his stepdaughter Alyssa Mendoza; his grandson Giovanni Mendoza of New Britain; his stepfather Timothy Washington of Ansonia; his grandmother Estelle Silva of Ansonia; his godparents, Edgar and Leona Thomas of Seymour; his siblings, Anthony Grant of Waterbury, Rodney Grant (Valreese) of Hamden, James Stevens (Alicia) and N'Akia Tapley (Shawn) of North Carolina; his nephew Anthony Grant Jr.; his cousin William Spenser; Audrey Grant of Hamden. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spinelli-Ricciuti Funeral Home (62 Beaver St, Ansonia, CT 06401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
