He was predeceased by: his parents, George Spakowski of Oxford and Joan Fischer of Beacon Falls; and his brother Scott Spakowski. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; and his pet Misty. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, close friends and surviving companion.
