She is survived by: her children, Shannon Musnicki (Jeremy) of Ansonia and Jeremy Smith of Ansonia; her grandchildren, Kassidy, Gavin and Conner Musnicki; and her brother Wesley Andreynak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
