He was predeceased by : his father Donald Wade; and his brother Donald Wade Jr.. He is survived by : his close friend Stefanie Kuchma; his mother Anna Wade (Stewart); his children, Renee Domingue (Greg), Danielle Wade, Dennis Wade (Shaunna), Ana Wade (Damien) and Pam Wade (Jay); his grandchildren, Sabryna, Sydney, Kurt Wedemeyer, Andre (Yasmin), Dante, Trystian Smith and Jameson Wade; his great grandchildren, Isaiah and Jaylani Smith; his brother Bob (Doreen); and his former life partner Marie Menard. He is also survived by five sisters along with their spouses and 91 nieces and nephews and their families, his best friend.

“Dennis and I were partners in Green 35. He taught me so much about patience, compassion and especially, when not to put up with any BS. He was an all-around good guy. He was always available to help anyone who reached out to him. Jim and I became very good friends with him and his family throughout the years. We will cherish all the good times but will miss him tremendously. Jim and Aida Remele”
