We announce the death of Evelyn A. Amico (Ansonia, Connecticut), born in Seymour, Connecticut, who passed away on June 12, 2026, at the age of 96. Evelyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas Amico Sr. Born; her parents, Charles Lewis and Anne Lewis (Zennis); her husband Olympic Athletic Supply; her son Joseph P. "Jay" Amico; her brother Charles Lewis; her daughter-in-law Linda Amico; her nephew Charles Lewis; and her niece Sandra DellaVolpe.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard J. Amico of Orange and Nicholas Amico Jr. of Ansonia; her grandchildren, Nicole Fiorelli (Alex) of Oxford and Michael Geanacopoulos (Gabriella) of Henderson, NV; her nieces, Mariann Ryan (Ronald), Michele Fraher (Jim Klenota) and Barbara Angelucci; and her great grandchildren, Ariana and Dominic Fiorelli.
