He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Healey Williams and Stella Williams (Michalak); and his brother Robert J. Williams. He is survived by: his brother Thomas F. Williams (Maureen) of Glen Allen, VA; his nephew Jonathan R. Williams (Erin) of Glen Allen, VA; his great-nephews, Cash and Colin Williams; and his great-niece Grace Williams.
