Blake (Marisol) of Waterbury, Tina Marie Godkin of Beacon Falls and Angela Chernovetz (Joseph) of Oxford; and his grandchildren, Jessica Blake of New Mexico, Megan Davidson (Robert) of New Mexico, Donald Hotchkiss of Southbury, Nicholas Chernovetz of Oxford and Chaz Blake (Amber) of Orange. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
