He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Stephenson Kwiatkowski; his parents, Henry Kwiatkowski and Tekla Borek Kwiatkowski; and his sons-in-law, Robert Falcha and Gregory Venice.
He is survived by: his children, John S. Kwiatkowski Jr., Stanley R. Kwiatkowski (Barbara Ann), Catherine Falcha Bayers (Michael), Mary Baglin (John) of Ansonia, Joan Mikos (Martin Jr.) and Diana Venice of Ansonia; and his brother-in-law Thomas Stephenson (Jean).
