Lynders of Trumbull; his siblings, John Lynders of Stratford, William Lynders (Lucy) of Fairfield, Elizabeth Stella (Carl) of Trumbull and Margaret Voytek (Peter) of Fairfield; and his grandchildren, Kenzie and Scott Lynders. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

“The many Lynders relations in Portrane , Ireland offer their sincere sympathy to his wife Joan, son David and daughter Christine and his brothers John and William on Josephs passing. We remember with affection his visit to the Lynders home two years ago. It was from this same home that his great grandfather also named Joseph Lynders was born in 1841 and from where he emigrated to America and married Bridget Nolan. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam dilis ( may his name be at the right hand of God).”
