He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Caprio and Carmela Caprio (Patti). He is survived by: his wife Lois Caprio (Ott); his sister Lorraine Bohan of Ft. Myers, FL; his siblings-in-law, Norma Pytlak (Brian) of Derby, Norine DiLisio (Joseph) of Derby, Raymond Ott (Beverly) of Oxford and Norman Ott of Naugatuck; and his friend Louis Cisto. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spinelli-Ricciuti Funeral Home (62 Beaver St, Ansonia, CT 06401). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (733 Oxford Rd, Oxford, CT 06478).
