We are sad to announce that, on September 24, 2020, at the age of 86, Nunziata Micciche of Ansonia, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Giacinto Ombrello and Febronia Maniaci Ombrello; and her sons, Giuseppe and Angelo. She is survived by: her children, Salvatore Micciche and Maria Micciche of Ansonia; her grandchildren, Marie, Venessa, Chelsey, Natascia, Alexa and Maria; and her great grandchildren, Cam, Caleb, Giada and Vivienna. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Noni's memory may be made to The American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.

“Please accept my condolences. I haven’t been in Ansonia for a long time (since I was a teenager) but have recently been working at Griffin hospital. Passing through Ansonia brought back some old memories and I let my fingers do some walking and looked up the family. I want to thank Nunziata for having me in her home and for giving me a great deal on her car. And also for feeding me spaghetti pie. She was very sweet to me and I was too young to realize all of her kindness. Susanne”
