He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Oles Haluschak of Seymour; his sister Linda Hayducky (John) of Seymour; his sister-in-law Jo-Ann Rogowski (Jim) of New Milford; and his nephews, Justin Rogowski of Ellington, Jason Rogowski of Roxbury and John Hayducky of Seymour.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church (105 Clifton Ave, Ansonia, CT 06401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
