He was predeceased by: his brother John Russell. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Rich, Paul Russell Jr., Rachel Russell, Tiffany Russell and Raymond Russell; and his siblings, Paula Salamanca, Donna Andrulat, Debbie Meneo, William Luciano, Robert Russell and Harry Russell. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
