He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Smith Lawrence; his parents, Clifford Lawrence and Elsie LaFlam Lawrence; his stepsons, Timothy Davis Jr. and Brent A. Davis; his sister Gloria Karlock; his brothers-in-law, Ronald Morello and John "Jack" Sember; and his nephew Gregory Sember.

He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Lawrence (Cynthia) of Naugatuck, Joyce Morello of Beacon Falls, Jean Sember of Ansonia and Miriam Eberle (David) of Virginia; and his brother-in-law John Karlock of New Hampshire. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
