Ronald A. Luther Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald A. Luther of Ansonia, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Luther and Wanda Luther (Gross); his daughter Tammy Luther of Hyannis, MA; and his brothers, Edmund Luther of Irving, TX and Harry Luther of Shelton, CT..
He is survived by: his wife Emma Pudimat Luther; his children, Debi Plitnick (Joe) and Linda Kanuch (Tim); his grandsons, Ryan Plitnick (Ina) and Colin Kanuch; and his great grandchild Easton Plitnick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lawncroft Cemetery (1740 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT 06825). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Black Rock Church (29 Church Rd, Easton, CT 06612).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Deacons Fund of Black Rock Church (https://onrealm.org), or the Bridgeport Rescue Mission.
