She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvel Billington and Iona Wiley Billington; and her siblings, Sharon Beeson and Everett Lee Payton. She is survived by: her husband David M. Harpool of Ansonia; her children, Michael Harpool (Robin) and Sharri Lungarini (David) of Ansonia; her brothers, Arvel Billington (Joyce) and Hardy Billington (Diane); her grandchildren, Alex Locascio (Olivia), Salvatore Locascio (Soo), Korea and Wyatt Lungarini of Ansonia; and her great grandchildren, Alex Locasio, Jr. and Maximus Locasio.
