He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Spencer and Mabel Brown Tognacci; and his son Timothy Spencer. He is survived by: his children, Richard S. Spencer of Petersburg, NY, Wayne Spencer of Milford and Keri McLaughlin of Ansonia; his grandchildren, Zack Spencer, Kaitlynn Spencer, Mikayla Vilani (Michael) and Ryan McLaughlin (Hailey); his great grandchild Stella Rose McLaughlin; and his pet Gordy.
