He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Niles; and his brother Paul Apicerno. He is survived by: his children, Kayleigh Mihalko (John), Allison Lucia (Tom), Paul Apicerno and Emily Apicerno; and his grandchildren, Jaxon Lucia, Parker Lucia, Victor Mihalko and Reyna Mihalko.

“I was saddened to hear about Chef Bills passing. I worked with him for several years at CCI/Lincoln. He was always happy and did his Chef Bill’s Happy Chef Dance” ! No one could rock the way he did! My desk was next to his with Chef Gary and the three of us had great conversations. His mentoring of the students for the culinary knowledge team. He was on my mind last week and I looked him up as best I could on social media but didn’t find anything current but he was on my mind! Condolences!”
