He is survived by: his mother Ann Zvonkovic Boulay of Barrington, IL; his wife Ellen Boulay (Beers); his children, Thomas M. Boulay (Alicia) of Oxford and Debra L. Bodner-Beurer (Matthew) of Woodbridge; his brothers, Ralph S. Boulay Jr. (Marge) of Naugatuck, James Boulay (Linda) of Ansonia and Lawrence Boulay (Elizabeth) of Barrington, IL; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Braydon, Carter Boulay and Harper Bodner; and his sister-in-law Eileen Boulay of Killingworth. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spinelli-Ricciuti Funeral Home (62 Beaver St, Ansonia, CT 06401). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (212 Elizabeth St, Derby, CT 06418).
