William A. Rotko Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William A. Rotko (Ansonia, Connecticut), who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though William may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his father William Rotko. He is survived by: his mother Antoinette Rotko (Adamo) of Ansonia; his wife Dolly (Hernandez); his children, William A. Rotko Jr. of Orange and Christine L. Hilliard (Kevin) of Woodbridge; his sister Grace Ann Rotko of Ansonia; and his granddaughters, Taylor, Tessa and Emerson "Emmy" Hilliard. He is also survived by cousins and lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Spinelli-Ricciuti Funeral Home (62 Beaver St, Ansonia, CT 06401). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Infant Church (450 Racebrook Rd, Orange, CT 06477).
