She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Willis; her parents, Stephen Hornacek and Elizabeth Hornacek (Koday); and her siblings, Elizabeth Figura, Stephen Hornacek, John Hornacek, Amelia Hornacek, Christine Michalec, Lillian Willis, William Hornacek and Francis Hornacek.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Stachelsky (late David Brown) and Lori Goodale (Michael Goodale); her grandsons, Dustin Stachelsky (Leah) and Ryan Goodale (Amberly); and her great grandchildren, Devin, Dylan Stachelsky, Carson and Ava Goodale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
