He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry P. and Pearl Bagley, Sr. (LaViolette); his daughter Deborah Perkins (Bagley); his siblings, Dawn Cyr, William Bagley and Jack Bagley; and his nephews, Daniel George, William Bagley, Jr. and Jack Bagley, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Eugenie Bagley (Rethore); his daughter Victoria Fortier (Paul); his grandchildren, Paige Boyle (Jason) and Malynda Smith (Aric); and his great grandchildren, Dustin Smith and Samantha Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
