He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Ireland and Bessie Ireland (Lancaster); his wife Verna Ireland (Belanger); and his grandson Kenneth Ireland. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Ireland, Ronald Ireland (Kimberly), Rhonda Pehowdy (Tom) and Shelly Ireland; his grandchildren, Brittany Barrett (George), David Ireland, Elizabeth Ireland, Carolyn Klei, Crystal Angle (Scott) and Heather Ireland; and his sister Nada Chase. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
