She was predeceased by : her parents, Peter Herman and Mildred Herman (Kane); her daughter Ann Marie Kuzia; and her siblings, Peter Herman, Theresa Palmer and Arlene Herman.
She is survived by : her husband John J. Kuzia; her sons, Christopher J. Kuzia (Susan) of West Hartford, Kevin M. Kuzia of Glastonbury and Jason M. Kuzia (Amanda Jill) of Roswell, GA; her brother Donald Herman (Margaret) of Johnson City, NY; and her grandchildren, Colin, Samuel, Archer and Penelope Kuzia.
