He was predeceased by : his parents, Anantrai Mody and Hiralaxmi Mody (Doshi). He is survived by : his sons, Aashish and Apurva; his wife Arvinda Mody (Sanghvi); his children-in-law, Seema and Padmini; his grandchildren, Anisa, Sai, Diya and Arjun; and his pet Amelia.
