With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene M. Schroder of Avon, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 16, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Lekouses and Eva Lekouses (Saypalia); her husband Donald A. Schroder; her sons, Keith Schroder and Scott Schroder; her daughter-in-law Amy Schroder of Avon; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Margaret Schroder of Simsbury, Will Schroder of Hartford, Benjamin Schroder of Avon and Scott Thompson Schroder of Simsbury.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Avon Food Pantry, 270 West Avon Road, Avon Connecticut 06001.
