Locke of New Castle, DE; her siblings, David Allen (Anne), Gary Allen (Gloria), Charles Allen, Jr., Kathleen Allen (Norman), Claudia Kefor (Edward) and Paulla Bogue (Stephen); her nieces and nephews, Ashley, Celia, Camille, Mahlee, Audrey, Stephanie, Caroline, Gary, Garrett, Ashleigh, Hayden, Bennett and Olivia; and her friend Mary Lou Connors.
