He is survived by: his parents, Robert Theriault and Diane Theriault (Firnhaber) of Avon; his sons, Trevor and Jacob; his sister Kristen Theriault Shaw; his nieces and nephews, Kaylei and Dylan of Avon; his former wives, Rachel Theriault and Kristie Theriault; his grandson Ryan (Gina Kline); Kyle (Breezy), Madisyn and Morgan Pelletier. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
