He was predeceased by: his father Edwin J. Lysak. He is survived by: his mother Marcia Lysak (Brennan) of Avon; his brother Mark J. Lysak of Avon; and his pets, Brody and Brock.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Church of Saint Ann (289 Arch Rd, Avon, CT 06001). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Ann Cemetery (39 Arch Rd, Avon, CT 06001).
