He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry R. Sr. Frey and Anna Frey (Hansen) of Avon, CT.; and his brother William. He is survived by : his wife Jean (Ashley); his sons, David (Brigid) of Simsbury and Gregory (Tanya) of Avon; his grandchildren, Owen, Callahan of Simsbury, Matthew and Lauren of Avon; his sister Christine Brault (Ron) of East Walpole, MA.; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Varney of Manchester and Thomas Ashley of Enfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

I worked with Henry many times as My Mother did and the deals always went together with no hiccups.
