He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William T. Carroll and Virginia Carroll; his wife Cece; his children, Melanie Carroll Cook of Rocklin, CA and James M. Carroll of Braxton, MS.; his brother William Carroll; his grandchildren, Taylor Evans (Simon), Hayden Cook and Connor Cook; his sister-in-law Charlotte Carroll of Simsbury, CT; and his nieces and nephews, Billy, Ann, Kathy, Mary, Susan and Bobby.
