He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Kellogg, Sr., Elizabeth Kellogg (Betty), Carmel and Marie Indomenico (Gioia). He is survived by: his parents, John Indomenico (Dawn Schile) and Elaine Indomenico; his wife Catherine Indomenico (Knaus); his sons, Eli and Leo; his sister Tracy McKaveney (Christopher); and his nephews, Aidan and Liam. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jason's name to honor his dedication to serving others: Prince Thomas of Savoy, Men's Scholarship Fund, 32 Old Farms Road, Avon.
